Tuition Reduction Scholarships for School District/Catholic School Employees

Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) has a deep appreciation for the individuals who operate our K-12 schools and help children progress through the education process. As such, the university offers a 20% tuition reduction scholarship for employees of school districts and Catholic schools in the San Antonio, Rio Grande Valley and Houston areas. 

When OLLU transitioned from an academy to a college, it was to provide teacher preparation. The first graduates of the what was then Our Lady of the Lake College went on to be school teachers in the region. The university recognizes the incredible work of all school employees and offers the opportunity to earn a bachelor's or master's degree through our tuition reduction scholarship for employees of area schools.

Educational Benefits for K-12 School Employees

• 20% tuition reduction scholarship for all undergraduate and graduate on-campus programs 
• 10% tuition reduction scholarship for undergraduate and graduate online programs 
• Admissions counselor to assist with the application process
• Tuition reduction scholarship applies to 6 credit hours per term only

Additional Benefits that May be Available to You

If you are a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces, you may have additional education benefits available to you. OLLU’s Office of Financial Aid has a dedicated Veterans Benefit Coordinator who can assist you with determining your eligibility for veteran benefits.
