Athletic Director

Tom Norris serves as Director of Athletics at Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU), where he is dedicated to serving nearly 400 student-athletes and 40 coaches and staff members. Tom brings 12 years of athletic administration experience to OLLU and most recently served as the Director of Athletics at Indiana University Kokomo before making San Antonio and OLLU home.  

In his role as athletic director, Tom has oversight over all athletic programs, and is committed to academic and athletic excellence. His leadership is guided by the university mission and focused on providing a first-class student-athlete experience. 

Education

• MA in Athletic Administration, Wayne State University
• BA in Physical Education, Saint Joseph’s College (IN)
• AA in Kinesiology, Parkland Community College

Outside Interests

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Tom enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is an avid runner who competes in 10k and half marathon races a few times per year.
