OLLU to house institute on Mexican American civil rights history
Our Lady of the Lake University will be home to the National Institute of Mexican American History of Civil Rights. The Institute will teach, educate and showcase the significant struggles and contributions forged by Mexican Americans to advance the civil rights and fair treatment of all people.

Kinesiology program recognized by national association
OLLU's Kinesiology Program has been approved as an Educationally Recognized Program (ERP) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). The department is one of only 11 in Texas to attain this recognized status.

OLLU receives $250,000 grant for OLLUCares Program
The Office of the Governor has awarded Our Lady of the Lake University a two-year $252,222 grant to extend its support of the OLLUCares Program. OLLUCares empowers students, faculty and staff and lets them know their well-being and personal safety matters.
