PPOHA Program Scholarship Application Process and Submission Requirements

Thank you for your interest in applying for the Pomoting Postbaccalaureate Opportunities for Hispanic Students (PPOHA) - Disrupting Academia MAT/MEd Scholarship. This scholarship is designed to support students in their academic pursuits. 

Scholarship amount: The scholarship amount can be up to $6,000 per semester, potentially covering 80-100% of your semester fees. 

Please carefully follow the steps outlined below to ensure a complete and successful application:

Step 1: Complete the Official PPOHA Scholarship Application Form

Step 2: Submit Your Student Aid Report (SAR)

Obtain a copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR) from your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application. This report outlines your Expected Family Contribution (EFC) and will be used to evaluate your financial eligibility for the scholarship. Step 3: Submit Your Application Materials

Obtain a copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR) from your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application.   • Completed PPOHA scholarship application form
  • Copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR) 

Important Note: Please send your application materials to both email addresses listed above to ensure that your application is received and processed promptly.

Application Deadline: Varies by semester

Notification: Applicants will be notified of the scholarship decision via email. Successful candidates will receive further instructions regarding the disbursement of funds.
