Teaching Philosophy
To paraphrase Freire, my teaching philosophy is based on the idea that education should be a "practice of freedom," that is, a means by which we can deal critically and creatively with our world, and hence, participate in the transformation of our lives.
Outside Interests
My interests outside of the university include writing, making art, and travel.
